Monster Laboratories Services Robots!

DOes your robot miss the mark? Does it have bubbles coming from nowhere? Has anyone in your lab been electrocuted?

Seriously, I got my hands on a Tecan robot for the first time in around 2001. I started with Tecan plate readers before that, but those robots really did it for me. I took a job working for a German company specifically so I could get training on the Genesis and some experience running one of those robots.

Now, I have a MiniPrep 60 and a Genesis 4-channel in my shop, and a raft of accessories. Temperature-controlled labware holders, tip nests, even some Te-Shake units.

But I have the tools. And I've already done what you're about to try for the first time. Please don't do anything to prematurely doom your Tecan Genesis. Replacement parts are sure to become more expensive and harder to find. So please don't break them.

I've also trained at least 6 labs in the proper use of Genesis robots, I have several versions of Gemini software in my library, manuals, and of course experience.
